At LAMODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply initiate your return through our online portal to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your LAMODA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
